Cast Resin Kit: 1-11/16 x 2-13/16 x 6-1/8"

Town and city will welcome the N scale five-story Blair Trust corner building and the six-story Park Place mid-block building. Their architectural style can be found nationally and fits with any era. Although they aren’t twins, the elegance of both structures derives from their fine proportions and perfect balance of detail and simplicity. Both kits provide separate, self-locating windows and doors, pre-cast in color. Side and rear walls are cast in correct "common brick" color. Stone-color areas on the fronts can be left as they are or cornice and street levels can be painted to replicate iron/sheet metal, which is more typical. Only front brick areas require painting. Tab and slot locators and precisely machined 45° angles provide easy, square assembly of wall corners. Black roofs with cast-in hatches and one chimney are included plus clear window material and photo/text instructions.

We handcraft our kits in high quality tooling resin that duplicates Bob's original patterns in crisp, deep-relief detail. This resin is easy to work with and can readily be cut and sanded for kitbashing. It also provides a matte finish. (No shiny plastic look here!) Each kit features separate, pre-colored windows, doors and wall castings. Kits require either no painting or very easy painting. Flat roofs are cast in dark gray and detailed. New kits now and in the future have backs of castings sanded smooth and flat. Corners are either machined 45-degree angles or have tabs and slots for ease in square corner placement. Gap-filling ACC (Super Glue) and flexible silicone glue takes care of the gluing. Clear window glazing, text and photo instructions and occasional other details.
